I did not receive my order, what should I do?

If you still haven't received your order, the package is no doubt still on its way and should arrive shortly. Please track your order with the tracking number provided in the text message/email you received from our courier. Please also check that the address in the order confirmation is correct, complete and spelled correctly, that your name is visible on the mailbox and that the latter is accessible. Missing information about the delivery location may cause delays in delivery.

If however you still have no news on your order, please the CORIMA Customer Service using the ""Online Order"" form.
