If it is static lateral play as illustrated in the video, it is perfectly normal. This is the way our rear hubs are built, with bearings that are assembled on O-rings. As soon as you put tension through the chain, the play disappears. If you notice play when the chain is tensioned, there may be an issue. Please return your wheel to our service center.
