How do I return a product ordered online?

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can easily exchange or return your product within 14 days from the date you receive your order. The returned product must be in new, unused and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, including accessories and instructions.

1. Request a return slip online using the "Online Order" form.

2. Prepare your product for return: wrap it as securely as possible to protect it during transport, ideally using the original packaging.

3. Print the return slip you received from our Customer Service and place it in the package with your product.

4. Drop off your package:

At the post office
At a shop partnered with the La Poste network
With your retailer if your product was originally deliver to them

5. The product will be examined upon receipt by CORIMA. If it meets our return conditions, we will proceed with the refund to the original payment method.

Please note that this procedure only applies to products ordered on the CORIMA website. Products purchased from any other sales platform shall not accepted. In this case, please contact the Customer Service Department of the respective website.
